Corrections
A clear route for a better fact.
If a statement is wrong or has become outdated, send the evidence that allows it to be checked.
What to include
Email hello@jackpotlanekingdom.com with the page address, the passage in question, your proposed correction and a reliable source. A direct Gambling Commission register entry, current operator legal page or first-party policy page is more useful than a screenshot without an address or date.
How we assess it
We check the submitted source against the page's meaning and publication date. Where sources conflict, we prefer the authority responsible for the fact: the Commission for licensing, the operator for its current terms, and the relevant support body for its services.
Possible outcomes
A supported correction may lead to amended copy, an updated link, a revised editorial assessment or removal of an operator. A difference of opinion does not automatically make an editorial score inaccurate, but new facts can justify reconsidering the judgement.
What not to send
Do not send gambling-account passwords, identity documents, bank details or full account histories. Jackpot Lane cannot investigate an individual casino transaction or act as an alternative dispute resolution service. Use the operator's complaint process for account-specific disputes.
Transparency
Material changes are reflected in the page's update information where appropriate. Minor spelling and presentation fixes may be made without a separate notice because they do not change the editorial meaning.
